This is the email address you use to log in to this site. When registering, you will be asked to confirm this address, so it must belong to a mailbox accessible by you. This address is used for password reminder emails, should you request that any be sent.

We need to know who you are (your first name and last name) so we can identify you at the Club. We also need to know your name in order to register you/check your registration as an athlete with EA. Your name is shared with EA.

Access to the website is via https, which means that no-one else can see the data as it travels between your Browser and our Server, and vice-versa. All the above information is stored in our Server's database. Your password is stored in an encrypted form for extra security, and to ensure no one but you can access your account.
